What is the Running Gait Analysis Program?
The Running Gait Analysis Program is an effective and evidence-based method of analyzing your running form, mobility, strength, and motor control. A physical therapist certified as a Running Gait Analyst will use two-dimensional video analysis to record and assess your running form. Combined with the Runner Readiness Assessment movement screen, you and your physical therapist will create a custom program based on your running goals.
